The front of my business card was inspired by a moo business card titled fingerprints. It used a more subtle curve design over a gradient. When I get bored, I doodle designs like the one on my card so I also used that for inspiration. I thought that the design looked both creative and slightly graphic at the same time so it fit me well. Due to a bust front, I chose to keep a clean and simple back. I spent a while picking a font to fit in with my logo and felt that a light, rounded sans serif worked well. I added a pop of graphics and color on the back. I chose teal because it was the same color in my logo.

Logo
I started my logo process by looking at vintage logos and doing retro style sketches. Although I love vintage style, I also really like minimalist contemporary style too so I started to lean more towards that style because it fits me better. I chose a super dark charcoal because I wanted sophisticated, but I didn't want a dark black. I chose the white and lime because they contrasted well with the charcoal color. The green also is unique and creative which I thought represented me well. I used a circle for organization but I used a messier font and paint stroke to show creativity and a bit of chaos in the calmness of a charcoal circle.
